Carnival opened their own private island that is exclusively for Carnival guests. Celebration Key opened in July 2025. There are Family Friendly areas, Adult Only areas, a retail area....fun for everyone!
The Five Portals of Paradise:
Celebration Key is thoughtfully divided into five distinct portals, each offering a different vibe and set of activities:
Paradise Plaza (Welcome Portal): This vibrant grand entrance greets you with Bahamian music and stunning views. It's your starting point for discovering all the island has to offer, featuring a magnificent 10-story Suncastle with racing waterslides (part of the Starfish Lagoon experience) and an ice cream shop. Guest services and the excursion desk are also located here.
Calypso Lagoon (Adult-Friendly Portal): Designed for those seeking a lively yet relaxing atmosphere, Calypso Lagoon features a beautiful stretch of beach and one of the largest freshwater lagoons in the Caribbean. You can relax on a float, try a lounger, or swing from seats at one of the bars. This portal also boasts an adults-only area with a swim-up bar and a DJ island.
Starfish Lagoon (Family-Friendly Portal): Perfect for families and kids of all ages, Starfish Lagoon is home to another large freshwater lagoon, a splash pad with a shallow pool, and the exciting racing waterslides within the Suncastle. You'll also find sports courts for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, along with beach villas and floating aquabanas for a comfortable home base.
Pearl Cove Beach Club (Exclusive Adults-Only Portal): For an elevated, luxurious experience, Pearl Cove Beach Club is your haven. This exclusive area features a private beach and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the turquoise Bahamian waters. Enjoy elevated dining with poolside or beachfront service, private cabanas, and daybeds for ultimate relaxation. Please note there is an additional charge for entry and premium dining here.
Lokono Cove (Retail Portal): Immerse yourself in authentic Bahamian culture at Lokono Cove. This vibrant marketplace showcases local artists and retailers selling handcrafted goods, souvenirs, jewelry, and artwork. Enjoy live music and take home a piece of paradise made by Bahamian vendors.
