You can add Viking Air - and then your transfers will be included. If you add Viking Air, they guarantee you make it onto the ship

You can add a pre- or post- cruise extension in your embarkation or debarkation city. For example, I have a Viking River Cruise booked and I added a pre-cruise extension called Christmas at Belgium where we will explore some Christmas markets before boarding our ship
