How to prepare for your Virgin Voyage
If you don't have the Carnival Cruise Line Hub app, you can follow the link to the left to download from the Apple Store or Google Play, you can find both there
We generally recommend that you book your flights direct with the airline of your choosing, but you can add them to your cruise package by following the link to the left. We strongly encourage that you fly to your cruise port city the day before you set sail. For return flights, we recommend nothing earlier than 12:00 noon because it takes time to disembark and get to the airport
You can begin booking shore excursions once your cruise is paid in full and your final payment due date has arrived. Follow the link to the left to check out the options, or you can find them in the app
You can view and check out the deck plans for your specific ship by following the link to the left
Please be sure you have all of the required travel documents for EACH person in your travel party. We highly recommend traveling with a valid passport for each person. Also, please be sure that passports will not expire within 6 months of the travel dates. You can view Virgin's information on travel documents by clicking the link to the left

Online Check-In
This takes place 14 days prior to embarkation, at midnight. You will need your travel documents for each person (passport). Not avialable on Flora, Xploration, or Xpedition
Log in, start check-in, select all members of your party, enter info for each person, set up your onboard account, accept the terms of the cruise contract. You'll also receive your Port Arrival Time (PAT)
